But when the 'manager' discovered the agent's identity, Pilar knew it was time to close shop. The Black Hand-trained 'manager' fought hard, but when Pilar landed a powerful punch directly to her foe's heart, the woman gasped, fell back and died. Pilar smirked in victory.
